Registration Tips and Reminders
When registering your child for a season, here are some important tips and reminders to ensure everything goes smoothly.
- Age Eligibility
- Our cut off date for each age group is set in the Fall season and remains the same through the Spring season. For example, if you child is age eligible for 9U in the Fall, they remain age eligible for 9U through the Spring even if they turn 10 during that time.
- Be sure you are selecting the correct division you want your child to play. When a division is full, we won’t be able to change your selection.
- Coach and Buddy Requests
- Enter the coach’s and buddies first and last name, spelled correctly.
- Entries such as “coach from last season”, “Dolphins coach” and “Coach Smith” won’t work.
- You may enter only two buddies. Entering a series of first names and multiple names will result in no buddy requests being accepted.
- If you are requesting a coach, be sure they know you are requesting them and they have space on their roster.
- Coach and buddy requests are not guaranteed
- Selecting Uniform Sizes
- Please ensure you are selecting the correct size for your child. Once uniforms are ordered, there is a $40 fee to change them.

- Volunteering to Coach
- During registration, please consider volunteering to coach as we always need more coaches than we have kids registered. Once you’ve registered your child, you can return to the registration page and complete the coach registration too. Head Coaches get to pick the NFL Team jerseys and have the best view of every game!
- When registering to coach, it must be under the individual’s account in LeagueApps who will do the coaching. Not the spouses or other guardian.
- Waitlists
- Each division has a limit and therefore could go to waitlist before registration closes. It’s beneficial to register as early as possible.
- If you are placed on the waitlist, you do not pay at this time.
- If space becomes available, you will receive an email notice and a reminder to pay.
- Payment must be completed within 48 hours or your spot may go to the next player on the waitlist.
